
You probably don't enjoy at all moments when you have to remain silent even though you want to say loud your opinion. It can be really hard sometimes to know exactly how to control anger management.
Reckless actions and painful period of time after that are beginning and the end of sad stories that had happened to thousands of people all over the world. That's why practicing self discipline is extremely important for everyone. Beginning is always the toughest part, but it all pays back. Do whatever you have to in order to prevent your anger explosion. If you remain calm, it will be much more comfortable for you than if you had gone wild and received punishment after that.
If you want to achieve that, you have to understand that: Delaying important and usually hard tasks is first sign of low self discipline. People are often self disciplined and accurate in many areas, even though everybody has something that he hates from the bottom of his heart. Unfortunately, I'm sure that most of you understand that delaying your tasks doesn't solve them. It only makes them larger and bigger problems.
I'm sure you must be proud of your goodness, but at the same time I'm sure that you have flaws as well. And if that flaw is anger, then you better be careful. It can destroy you!
If you want to reach higher level of self discipline, you have to accept belief that you will complete hard tasks easier if you deal with them immediately (no matter how hard or difficult they are) instead of delaying them for tomorrow, and tomorrow... Learning how to control anger management is one of the toughest roles in your life. But without exception, you have to start dealing with your hard tasks immediately.
That way, you will choose easier long-term path, instead of harder path that might seem better at the beginning.
