Bad habit dies hard



Thought forms an idea. Idea forms a behavior and behavior forms a habit. Habit does not take one time of behavior to form. It takes sometime to create a habit. It takes repetitive behaviors. It could take three weeks to three months or years to form a habit. It could be a good habit or bad habit, and the bad one dies hard.
Why is it hard to get rid of bad habit? Well, it already implanted in you after you repeated your behavior many times without realizing it. It may have been with you for many years. You never thought that you have a bad one until one day someone close to you correct your behavior or says that to your face. You correct that behavior for now, but soon you will do it again.
You get your habit through who you associate with, who you have been around, what you read, what you watched, what you heard, and what you saw. It is common where you picked up the bad habit. You might pick up that habit from your parents, or your friends, or co-workers.
There is a way to get rid of it. Here is how. You tell your close relatives or your best friends about your bad habit and tell them if they catch you doing that behavior you pay them five dollars for the first time and ten dollars for the second time. This technique would remind you not to repeat that old habit in the future. This punishment will cause your brain to remember better because the financial pain has a great effect on you. It reminds your brain to watch your behavior carefully.

Controlling anger is very important if you want any success in life

Anger issues can be very controlling, but I made the decision to live my life by not loosing my temper. Thankfully, it worked. I am a happy man because of it. If you want happiness, you need to control your anger too, and if you can't, you need to do something and do it soon. If you are in a relationship, you must work on staying calmer and get some help or you can kiss that relationship (and any future relationship) goodbye.
There are different ways you can work on controlling your anger. You can talk to someone: like a life coach, relationship guide, therapist, your pastor, or close friend. You can get into calming activities like yoga, meditation, or painting. You can get your frustrations out in the gym or by participating in sports. You can listen to nature sounds, read books, or you can try calming down with slow and controlled breathing. No matter what you do, just keep doing whatever it takes until you can calm down.
If you need some incentive for why you should get your temper in check, let me tell you what will happen if you keep getting angry all the time. Every relationship you have will crumble. Your children will be just like you, and the frustration will be laid back on you 100 fold. They will stay away from you and rather be anyplace other than with you. Your spouse or significant other will eventually leave you - they can only put up with a nasty person for so long. No matter what they feel for you, your friends will leave you, too. They have better people to be around than someone that blows his/her cool every time something doesn't work out right.
It hurts me when I see angry people in public acting like fools, because I know they're on the path to living a very sad existence. Angry people die alone, sad and neglected, with no friends and nobody to care for them. Retirement homes are full of sad old people with good families but because they're such nasty people, nobody in the family wants to take care of them. Why? Because they never learned to control their anger.
So if you are reading this because you are an angry person, get a grip and make a decision to start controlling the anger. It will be hard, it may be the hardest thing you ever have to do, but you will reap rewards in life that you would never imagine are possible.

How to Control Anger Management


You probably don't enjoy at all moments when you have to remain silent even though you want to say loud your opinion. It can be really hard sometimes to know exactly how to control anger management.

That's why practicing self discipline is extremely important for everyone. Beginning is always the toughest part, but it all pays back. If you want to achieve that, you have to understand that: Delaying important and usually hard tasks is first sign of low self discipline. People are often self disciplined and accurate in many areas, even though everybody has something that he hates from the bottom of his heart. Unfortunately, I'm sure that most of you understand that delaying your tasks doesn't solve them. It only makes them larger and bigger problems.
I'm sure you must be proud of your goodness, but at the same time I'm sure that you have flaws as well. And if that flaw is anger, then you better be careful. It can destroy you!
If you want to reach higher level of self discipline, you have to accept belief that you will complete hard tasks easier if you deal with them immediately (no matter how hard or difficult they are) instead of delaying them for tomorrow, and tomorrow... Learning how to control anger management is one of the toughest roles in your life. But without exception, you have to start dealing with your hard tasks immediately.
That way, you will choose easier long-term path, instead of harder path that might seem better at the beginning.
